Actually, the issue is that Miley's taking a hit for what she should not be taking a hit and passing on what she should be apologizing for.
The Vanity Fair... spread: Really, what's so awfully about the photo per se? And what should one expect from a leabian pushing 60 shooting a 15 year old? Something as erotic as possible without going, like, all Traci Lords.
But let's say there is something to apologize for. Check out the VF site: Both parents were at the shoot as was, I'm sure other of Miley's handlers. So all the responsible people must have signed off on the shot. Where are their apologies?
And if you want tasteless and creepy, there's the shot in the spread of Miley... and her dad. Ewww!!
