Idiotic Quote of the Day

[Link.]

Just in case there was any doubt just how profoundly stupid Our Beloved Leader is:

"A narrow majority in the House of Representatives abdicated its responsibility by passing a war spending bill that has no chance of becoming law and brings us no closer to getting the troops the resources they need to do their job," the president said.

[Link.]

And what about wasting soldiers on idiotic war? Not an abdication of responsibility and human decency? Worse, letting himself be pushed around by Cheney and the nutjobs. THAT's an abdication.

And of course there was recently that brilliant deal with North Korea: Agreed to only because Cheney and his people didn't get between W and Condi -- Our Leader was actually free to decide something: Agreeing to the Clinton deal shot down by the wingnuts ten years earlier -- when North Korea was a lesser threat and had done less to destabilize the nuclear balance (not that there's any reason to believe they did as much harm as our Pakistani allies).

sadly, my so called beloved "leader" follows yours, ie John Howard.

Did you know that with the war effort money, the US probably could of solved a quater or maybe even world hunger!
